Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Wake Forest, NC so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not double or triple book our schedule out of respect for your time.  We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.  We look forward to a great schedule that allows us to meet you, the person, and then you, the dental patient!

Insurance, Billing, and  Payments

We accept most traditional insurance plans.  Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Smile Sculptors of Wake Forest insurance policy does not include participation in Health Management Organizations (HMOs) however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.  Per the insurance agreement between you, your employer, and your insurance carrier, there is a deductible and co-insurance that you will incur.  We will be happy to assist you with estimating this fee and helping you to easily maneuver through many options for payment.  For your convenience, we accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans through Care Credit.
